Terms of Service for Premium Tidy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Premium Tidy’s website (the “Site”) and services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Site or Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or Services.

2. Services Offered

Premium Tidy provides professional cleaning services for commercial properties. By booking with us, you agree to the scope of services as described during the booking process and confirmed in the proposal/contract.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Booking Process: Clients are required to submit initial details to receive an estimate. An on-site visit may be necessary for a final quote, after which a formal proposal/contract will be issued.
  • Payment: Payment is only due after the completion of the cleaning service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% of the total invoice.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service charge.
  • Rescheduling: You can reschedule any booked service up to 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning without any penalty.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your facility when booking our services. You also agree to ensure that our cleaners have access to the facility at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service.

6. Service Guarantee

We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

7. Limitations of Liability

Premium Tidy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of any new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Premium Tidy, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Consent to Receive Text Messages:
    By submitting your phone number on our website or during booking, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) regarding your appointments, booking confirmations, reminders, updates, promotions, and other notifications related to the services we offer.
    Note: Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any of our services.
  2. Frequency of Messages:
    The number of messages you receive may vary based on your interaction with our services. You will receive messages related to bookings, appointment reminders, updates, and any other necessary communication, including messages from your assigned cleaner. While we will send promotional offers no more than 4 times per month, messages directly related to your bookings or service updates may exceed this amount depending on your activity.
  3. Opting Out:
    You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from Premium Tidy unless you opt back in.
  4. Message and Data Rates May Apply:
    Standard messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan. Please check with your provider for more details.
